Washington University is located on a 100-acre site in an urban area of St. Louis. In accordance with the University’s goal of achieving sustainability by the year 2020, they began a metering project, to be completed in phases throughout the Northwest Campus.

The first and second phase included six buildings which 8760 began monitoring the energy inputs. The third phase included six additional buildings with the same scope as the first two phases as well as design and construction administration. 8760 provided the overall planning for the execution for the project, performed field work, prepared plans and specifications and assisted the University in the bidding process. As the project progresses, 8760 will continue with construction administration.
