Throughout his fourteen years of experience, Eric has been project manager for utility studies and analyses, central plant facility design and analysis and commissioning of new construction and retrofit projects. Eric focuses on analyzing facilities to determine the best life-cycle cost approach of mechanical and electrical systems. Some of his prior projects have included the design of building HVAC systems including air systems, hydronic heating and cooling systems and steam distribution systems, campus energy studies, mechanical systems commissioning, studies of ventilation and pressure control problems, and PID loop tuning, as well as plumbing, medical gas, and temperature control systems design.
