As Vice President and Senior Engineer, Erich has twenty years of engineering experience in building systems, campus utilities master planning and energy use analysis. Erich specializes in energy studies and energy use reduction projects, commissioning and building automation system design, building mechanical, plumbing and fire protection renovations and campus infrastructure design. His expertise includes hospitals, health care, universities, laboratory and institutional projects. Some of Erich’s projects have included a 2400-ton chilled water retrofit with new chiller plant and HVAC retrofit for a 300,000 SF laboratory research building at Washington University School of Medicine.
